Who we are

ELEMNT (“ELEMNT”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question, contact us at support@elemnt.earth.

What we collect

• Email address, when you join the waitlist or request early access.
• Usage and device data, collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar log data.
• Cookies and analytics identifiers, used for analytics and advertising measurement (see “Cookies, analytics, and advertising”).

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

Why we use it

• To notify you about ELEMNT launches and early-access availability.
• To send product updates you have asked to receive.
• To measure and improve our site, content, and advertising.
• To keep the site secure and to comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis (for visitors in the EEA and UK)

We rely on your consent for marketing emails and for non-essential cookies, and on our legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising, including whether an ad click led to a waitlist signup. These tools set cookies and may process your data as described in Google’s own policies. For visitors in regions that require it, we request consent before loading non-essential cookies and we apply Google Consent Mode. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and you can manage cookies in your browser settings. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site, acting on our instructions: our hosting and CDN provider and Google (Analytics and Ads). We manage the waitlist ourselves and do not pass it to a separate email provider. We may disclose data if required by law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and analytics data for 12 months. Log data is kept for 12 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, contact support@elemnt.earth. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The site and ELEMNT are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the “last updated” date.
